This dataset comprises TTC-related tweets, which are categorized into 10 traffic-related classes for classification tasks. The specific classes include maintenance, capacity availability, interaction with staff, travel time, ride quality, winter maintenance, temporal availability, safety and security, accessibility, and communication. The original dataset contained 631,691 records, with 27,312 valid tweets remaining after data cleaning. The task of this dataset is traffic problem classification.
