Transcriptomic analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes in the absence of AoPEX1 and AoPEX6 were involved in cell cycle, ribosome, proteasome. Examination of differential genes in WT, ΔAopex1 and ΔAopex6 mutant strains and prediction of multiple cytological processes that may affect trap formation in Arthrobotrys oligospora.
