Inteligencia artificial en la educación superior latinoamericana (2020–2025): Una revisión sistemática de literatura

This dataset contains the supplementary materials of a systematic literature review (SLR) on the integration of artificial intelligence in Latin American higher education institutions between 2020 and 2025. The review followed the PRISMA 2020 standard and used the SPIDER framework to formulate the research question. The systematic search was conducted in Scopus (June 2026) and yielded a final corpus of 153 empirical primary studies from 14 countries. The materials include: (S1) the full list of included studies with extraction data; (S2) the list of studies excluded at full-text screening level with specific exclusion codes (E1–E8); (S3) the PRISMA 2020 checklist with item-by-item location in the manuscript; (S4) the PRISMA 2020 flow diagram; and (S5) a data dashboard for chart generation.
