ProDive fragment-analysis data and precomputed results

Data inputs, cached intermediates, and precomputed results for downstream analyses of ProDive-detected Pfam–Pfam and de novo–Pfam segment correspondences. The archive supports Leiden community detection, structural RMSD validation, ESM2 entropy analysis, secondary-structure and relative-solvent-accessibility characterization, 3did interface mapping, DisProt overlap analysis, and phi-value comparisons. Matched random controls, statistical summaries, and figure-ready results are included. Source code is distributed separately in the ProDive fragment-analysis repository.
