Gut microbial structural variation profile

Data accompanying the paper by Zhernakova <em>et al.</em> "Host Genetic Regulation of Human Gut Microbial Structural Variation", Nature 2023. We used SGV-Finder (Zeevi <em>et al.</em>, 2019) to generate SV profiles from human gut metagenomic sequencing data of 9,015 Dutch and 279 Tanzanian individuals. In total, we detected 14,196 SVs in 108 gut microbial species, including 10,265 deletion SVs and 3,931 variable SVs.
