Widespread latent presence of Cryptostroma corticale in sycamore maple in France

We studied the latent presence of the emerging fungus Cryptostroma corticale on asymptomatic sycamore maples in France along according to the human inflence index. These dataset compute all informations we collectec and calculated at the tree level (data_prevalence_tree.csv, with metadata in the file metadata_prevalence_tree.csv) and at the plot level (data_prevalence_plot.csv, with metadata in the file metadata_prevalence_plot.csv).
