· Animal Model: Cardiac myosin-specific T cell-induced myocarditis· Animal Age: 8-12 Weeks· Animal Strain: BALB/c mouse· Number:o ICI-45: 2 no T cell controls, 4 control T cell recipients, and 4 cardiac myosin-specific T cell recipients· Experimental Conditions: Mice were i.v. injected with cardiac myosin-specific T cells (0.5-1×106 cells/mouse). Control mice were injected with no T cells or freshly isolated splenic T cells. Mice were sacrificed on day 14 after the adoptive transfer.
