本数据集采用批次实验的方法,选择邻苯二酚为典型植物多酚,考察苯环对位上的取代基团对其活性的影响。在含有的BDE47水溶液中加入邻苯二酚、Fe(III)和过硫酸盐溶液,进行震荡反应,每隔一段时间取样测定溶液中BDE47浓度。水体中BDE47的浓度采用异辛烷进行液液萃取,抽取萃取液,采用GC-ECD测定样品中BDE47浓度。数据包括:不同取代基团的邻苯二酚所构成的氧化体系对BDE 47的降解效率。数据集共有339条记录。

This dataset was developed via batch experiments, using catechol as a representative plant polyphenol, to investigate the effect of substituents at the para-position of the benzene ring on its reactivity. Catechol, Fe(III) and persulfate solutions were added to an aqueous solution containing BDE47, followed by oscillatory reaction. Samples were collected at predetermined time intervals to determine the concentration of BDE47 in the reaction solution. The concentration of BDE47 in the aqueous system was extracted via liquid-liquid extraction using isooctane, and the resulting extract was analyzed by GC-ECD for BDE47 quantification. The dataset includes the degradation efficiency of BDE47 by oxidation systems constructed from catechols bearing different substituents at the benzene para-position, and it contains a total of 339 records.
