PLUM global land use v1.2

Global land use data from PLUM1.2 (Parsimonious Land Use Model version 1.2), including auxiliary data such consumption and yield data, for the five scenarios/futures F1-F5 as described in detail in Engström et al. (2016).

The scenarios are based on the shared socio-economic pathways (SSPs). Scenario specific (depending on the likelihood of a SSP resulting in a representative concentrative pathway, RCP) yield time-series were created with LPJ-GUESS simulations and used as input to PLUM. The data provided here uses the mean yield for each scenario, i.e. the variability caused by different general circulation models (GCMs) is not included here (for details see Engström et al., 2016).

Here we provide global mean and standard deviation for outputs displayed in Engström et al. (2016). Country-level data as well as the model it-self can be provided on demand.
