Development of green incombustibility eco-materials (3/3)

Eco-materials will be formed using thinning small-diameter wood and　agro-forest waste　as starting raw materials; and inorganic cement adhesives will be solidified carbon dioxide injection. Raw materials will be grinded into particle or disintegrated into fiber, mixed with various ratio of Portland cement, then pressed into panels and aged for one week. Surface burning characteristics, thermal properties, heat release rates of the produced panels will be evaluated by surface tester, thermal gravimetrical analyzer, and cone calorimeter. Impacts of production condition on panel properties will be studied to ensure agro-forest waste utilization conducted following principles of eco-materials.
