Oryza sativa Japonica Group cultivar:Jinbuol Genome sequencing

We have developed 400 recombinant isogenic lines (RILs) using Oryza sativa spp. Japonica cv. Jinbuol (JBO, Oumochi296/Isikaris//Kamaikumochi38, Jinbu11) as the female parent and cv Samgwang (SG, Suwon361/Hwayeong, Suwon474) as the male parent. JBO and 2 RILs; JSRIL1, and JSRIL2 show heading 44, 28, and 16 days earlier in Jeonju, Korea (35.83 N 127.05 E) than SG, respectively. By analyzing the genome-wide SNP among parents and JSRILs, parental types similarly contribute in total but parental biases on many chromosomal levels especially photoperiodiocity related genes. Seasonal RNA-Seq data around florigen generating stages were also generated.
