this study selected the sediments of Kunming Lake in Beijing's Summer Palace and Aohai Lake in the Olympic Forest Park of Beijing as our research object. We used high-throughput analysis to explore the structural diversity of archaea in waterscape sediments, in order to provide scientific bases to explain the micro-ecological structure and the research of archaea in the water circulation mechanism of urban landscape water and is crucial to elucidate the structure, function, and development of lake ecosystems.
