Processed H&E images (JPG), tissue spot position list (CSV), and
scale factor (JSON) files for 10x Genomics Visium spatial
transcriptomics experiments for reovirus-infected mice ileum tissue. These
files are processed files which can directly loaded in Seurat/ scanpy
with the count matrices for spatial trasncriptomics analysis. If you
want to realign the sequecning data, please download the rawsuppdata
(ZIP) instead.
