This dataset consists a zip file containing four files. The files can be used to locate related PMR model in the Physiome Model Repository (PMR) with the given ontology terms available in SCKAN. The files are:sckan2pmr.json: is the main file, containing dictionaries of SCKAN terms to the PMR modelmetadata.json: containing metadata to create the dictionary, i.e. SCKAN version, indexer version, and setup for similarity measuresckan2pmr.db: is the sqlite3 version of sckan2pmr, contains information in the dictionary and metadata. There are two tables, sckan2pmr and metadata, where sckan2pmr is indexed by SCAN_ID fieldmissed_term.json: is a list of terms in FC map which are not found in the used SCKAN version.
