Phenological and climatological characterization of cropland areas in the Mixteca region

Data sets to support the monitoring and phenological and climatological characterization of cropland areas in the Mixteca region within the framework of the Mixteca Landscape Learning project. 564 images of 23-yrs MODIS MOD13Q1v061 clipped over the Mixteca region in one NetCDF4 file. 288 images of photosynthesis activity in the vegetation canopy processed with TIMESAT v3.3 in one NetCDF4 file. 43-yrs gridded estimates of daily weather parameters from Daymet Version 4 R1 for the Mixteca region. The variables include the following parameters: minimum temperature, maximum temperature, precipitation, shortwave radiation, vapor pressure and day length. Maps of phenology metrics (SOS, POS and EOS) for the growing season of the MIxteca region
