We propose in situ synchrotron studies combining impedance spectroscopy and X-ray scattering to investigate early-stage zeolite crystallization from hydrate silicate ionic liquids. Using a custom high-temperature, pressurized cell with integrated electrodes, we aim to resolve elusive induction and nucleation stages. Preliminary results indicate unique conductivity behaviour in systems with excess potassium cations, suggesting distinct dissolution or depolymerization processes. Beamtime at BM26 will enable systematic analysis of these process by structural information from in situ SAXS and WAXS measurements.
