资源简介:
This gene expression set contains data from patients included in the HOVON95 clinical trial. Using this data the technical comparison between microarray and RNAseq was made. Overall design: Circulating tumor cells are a known prognostic factor in multiple myeloma. However, the causes of high circulating tumor cells have been insufficiently characterised. This study aimed to identify factors involved in high circulating tumor cell count, using a model to correct for important contributing factors to this phenotype, which is closely associated with aggressive disease. To validate that the gene expression patterns identified in microarray data were similar in RNAseq data, the current set of RNAseq data was used. In addition, this RNAseq dataset is part of the Horizon2020 MMpredict study, and was in part funded using European funding from MMpredict. Raw data not provided due to patient privacy concerns.
