Differential analysis of Panax ginseng endophytic fungi

In this study, we used the diversity of endophytic flora as a starting point to explore, for the first time, the dynamic changes and variances in the diversity of endophytic microorganisms in healthy and differently infected ginseng roots, to investigate the relationship between structural changes in ginseng endophytic flora and disease occurrence, to uncover the microecological response mechanism of ginseng endophytic flora to root rot infestation, to lay a theoretical foundation for elucidating the pathogenic mechanism of ginseng fungal diseases, and to provide a theoretical basis for efficient and precise plant disease prevention and control.
