对北部湾海域开展长时间序列采样、16S rDNA V3-4区扩增、高通量测序以及宏条形码分析，获得了北部湾海域浮游生物群落组成、时空分布规律和影响因素的新认知

This dataset was established through long-term sequential sampling conducted in the Beibu Gulf waters, combined with amplification of the 16S rDNA V3-V4 hypervariable region, high-throughput sequencing and metabarcoding analysis, which offers novel insights into the plankton community composition, spatio-temporal distribution patterns and associated influencing factors in the Beibu Gulf.
