基于碱性电解槽相关试验及制氢机理,建立了碱性电解槽阻抗特性数字孪生模型,选择电解槽总电压、总电流及槽体温度等特性表征参数作为观测变量,融合数学驱动模型和电化学机理模型,构建碱性电解槽运行特性数字孪生体系统,实现碱性电解槽数字孪生模型的仿真,主要包括温升特性仿真模型、功率调节仿真模型、产氢效率仿真模型和分离罐特性仿真模型。
Based on relevant experiments of alkaline electrolyzers and hydrogen production mechanisms, a digital twin model for the impedance characteristics of alkaline electrolyzers was established. Characteristic parameters including the total voltage, total current and cell temperature of the electrolyzer were selected as observation variables. By integrating mathematical-driven models and electrochemical mechanism models, a digital twin system for the operating characteristics of alkaline electrolyzers was constructed, which enables the simulation of the alkaline electrolyzer digital twin model. The simulation mainly includes four modules: temperature rise characteristic simulation model, power regulation simulation model, hydrogen production efficiency simulation model and separation tank characteristic simulation model.
