Stem cell and cell-free therapies for pulmonary arterial hypertension: a bibliometric analysis, 2006–2026 — analysis code, thesaurus and derived data

Cleaned metadata, term-harmonization thesaurus and the supplementary figure script for a bibliometric analysis of stem cell and cell-free therapies for pulmonary arterial hypertension, 2006-2026. The corpus comprises 891 records retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection and PubMed on 15 March 2026. Included: the cleaned metadata exported by VOSviewer, CiteSpace and biblioshiny that the manuscript's tables and network figures were built from, with the README listing, for each export, which table or figure it supports; the three term-harmonization files (1,312 rules each, formatted for CiteSpace, VOSviewer and biblioshiny as each tool requires); and the scripts that draw the supplementary figure and the published panels B and C of Figure 2, together with the three files they read. Not included: the raw Web of Science exports, which are licensed content and cannot be redistributed. The search strings are reproduced in the manuscript's Supplementary Table S1, and the manuscript's tables and supplementary material are part of the submission itself.
