Research on Plant Soil Feedback during the Enclosure Restoration and Succession of Typical Steppe

Soil samples were originally collected from the Inner Mongolia grassland at restoration sites with different enclosure durations. The soils were brought to the greenhouse and used in a two-phase plant soil feedback experiment. In the conditioning phase, soils were cultivated with different plant communities to generate distinct microbial communities. In the subsequent test phase, these conditioned soils were used as inoculants for plant growth, and new soil samples were collected after plant cultivation.
