Individual tree fruit production, La Selva Biological Station, Costa Rica, 2007-2010

Individual fruit production of wet tropical forest trees in 5 plots at La Selva Biological Station from 2007-2010. The purpose of this dataset was to determine the effect of tree size, soil nutrient availability, and neighborhood crowding on fruit production. Fruit production was estimated 3 times for ~2000 trees. The dataset also includes tree diameter measurements, individual estimates of soil nutrient availability, and diameter of and distance to neighboring trees.
