Three files associated with observation are attached, which are all in '.mat' format.'obs_ke_atmosphere.mat' gives the observations based on GPS (variables with gps in thier names) and VMS (variables with vms in thier names)'obs_ke_sst.mat' gives the observed SST field wit same locations as VMS.'obs_ke.mat' offers the observations based on ADCP (variables with adcp in thier names) and CTD (variables with ctd in thier names) Two files associated with ECCO2 are uploaded, which are all in '.nc' format. 'ECCO2SST.nc' is the SST field and 'ECCO2Qnet.nc' is the heat flux. The Infrmer observation (SST LHF and SHF) is in the 'Ifremer.mat' file.
