Dataset for Passive nuclear transport of various cargoes

Description of the data and file structure
This is the data for the Passive Nuclear Transport Deviates from Fickian Behavior in Prostate and Breast Cell Types manuscript submission. The zip file contains 3 main folders
DextranDigitonin has the raw data for all dextrans/peptides analyzed for each given cell line, sorted into cell line, in addition to the heatmap figure data and tgf beta raw data
Alexa-CPP-Paper1 has the sorted data of all alexa and dextran molecules per given nucleus for each cell line
TGFBetaMCF10A has ICC IF of the oncogenic transformation, show in later figures

Code/software
matlab was used to read the csv and text files to aggregate data and create plots, but any basic coding software can compile and plot using fundamental concepts.
