OSH15 is one of the class I KNOX transcription factors in rice. It is important for proper stem development. In this experiment, we performed OSH15 ChIPseq to identify regions in the rice genome bound by OSH15 protein. Samples are young stems (5~10 mm) of the flag leaf phytomer of transgenic rice plants that have the genomic GFP-OSH15 construct. We used an anti-GFP antibody for immunoprecipitation. Negative controls are young stems of non-transgenic Taichung 65 plants.
