Zeiss Airyscan laser scanning microscopy data of HeLa cells labelled with Hoechst 33342, GFP-TGN46, wheat germ agglutinin Alexa Fluor 594 and mitotracker deep red. The light microscopy data was acquired on formaldehyde-fixed cells, which were then processed for FIB SEM. The FIB SEM data can be found on EMPIAR, entry EMPIAR-11537
