Allo-recognition is a process with a high degree of complexity and diversity. Therefore, the search for effective points of influence on the allo-recognition mechanisms underlying the rejection reaction is still needed to help patients with transplantation. One of the ways to understand the properties of allo-recognition is high throughput sequencing (HTS) of T-cell receptors (TCR). In this study, in order to study and systematize the properties of the TCR alloreactive repertoire, we modeled the direct and indirect allo-recognition pathways using material from inbred mice in vitro and in vivo.
