Immune responses induced by SARS-CoV-2 infection play critical roles in pathogenesis and outcome of COVID-19. However, dynamic profiles and differences of immune responses post SARS-CoV-2 or its variants infection are not fully understood. In this study, single cell sequencing was performed to determine dynamic profiles of immune responses and differences among SARS-CoV-2 and its variants(prototype, alpha, beta, delta) in the well-established non-human primate model.
