Synergistic enhancement of SvLAC-1 gene expression by strong promoter and surfactant: A novel strategy to improve laccase production in Inocutis levis

Laccase content was determined under the influence of different concentrations of Triton X-100, and the key enzyme genes were cloned, and finally the expression of laccase was improve by strong promoter substitution Laccase content of Inocutis levis-zhu4935 was varied using 0 ml, 15 ml of Triton X-100 and three replicates of each data, 0 ml was labeled as CK group and 15 ml was labeled as T group.
