Gravitational wave detectors with broadband high frequency sensitivity - data

Data sets used in Supplementary Information of the publication "Gravitational Wave Detectors with Broadband High Frequency Sensitivity", accepted for publication in Communications Physics.figS1data.txt is a set of data points describing the scaling of mechanical loss versus temperature for a single crystal bulk acoustic wave resonator. The mechanical mode is the m=65 204 MHz longitudinal mode of a 1mm thick, 15mm radius quartz plano-convex lens.figS2 sets are theoretical and experimental data points which relate to the measurement of optical absorption heating of a silicon nitride membrane resonator acoustically shielded by a phononic crystal.
