Here we demonstrate that the SIDSP induces a broad and potent antiviral response that is abrogated by treatment with the DNA-PK inhibitor, Nu7441. Overall design: We compared in triplicate the WT and STING KO response to transfected DNA relative to lipofectamine alone at 8 and 16 hours post transfection, with and without 2 uM Nu7441.
