Evaluation of Sentinel-2 Vegetation Indices for Estimating Leaf Area Index in Cassava Plots
收藏资源简介:
Overview This database contains all input data and results used in the analysis scripts for the study "Evaluation of Sentinel-2 Vegetation Indices for Estimating Leaf Area Index in Cassava Plots." It supports the evaluation of Sentinel-2–derived vegetation indices (VIs) for estimating leaf area index (LAI) across different cassava growth stages. Dataset Description The database includes ground-measured LAI data collected monthly using a SunScan Canopy Analyzer from January to June 2022 (2–7 months after planting; MAP) across 47 cassava plots in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand. It also contains 13 Sentinel-2–derived vegetation indices and corresponding model evaluation results. Linear mixed-effects models and stage-specific linear regressions were applied to assess the predictive performance of each vegetation index using the coefficient of determination (R²) and root mean squared error (RMSE).
