Possible outcomes are ‘Match’, where the determined component allele matches the validation allele, ‘Mismatch’, where the determined component allele does not match the validation allele, or ‘Unresolved’, where PING was unable to determine a genotype, but the validation allele was not marked as unresolved. The coloring signifies concordance level, where green is 0–10% discordant, yellow is 10–15% discordant, and red is over 15% discordant.
