资源简介:

Found during excavations at North Quay in 2012. A windbore is the strainer at the bottom of a mine pumping system. The buried part is dome shaped so this was probably the very bottom piece in the pump column. Probably made in the 19th century. The flange has been removed and two holes cut into the pipe with a gas cutter - probably as part of the windbores reuse as a mooring bollard. It is now just over 2m long and is 11 inches internal diameter. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
