Data submitted within this bioproject are TCR alpha sequences from peripheral T cell population subsets found within YAe62 TCR beta chain transgenic mice on C57BL/6, Zap70 (KO/WT) heterozygous and LAT G135D genetic backgrounds. The submitted data was utilized to compare the similarity of TCR repertoires found within young (<2wk old) and adult (>7wk old) mice that occur with these genetic alterations.
