The normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) is calculated by using the spectral reflectance data product (MOD09Q1) of MODIS from 2000 to 2018. According to the extracted band information data, the normalized difference vegetation index [NDI= (NIR - R) / (NIR + R)] is calculated in batch in the grid calculator of ArcGIS (NIR and R are near-infrared and red band reflectance respectively). The S-G filtering method of TIMESAT3.2 software is used to reduce the noise of NDVI data, so as to reconstruct the time series to obtain the final data product. Based on this data product, an SCI article has been published (Liu ya, Wang Junbang, et al., 2020). The file storage format is ArcGIS float.
