This dataset contains raw acquisition files and raw and raw analysis files for Figures 1-8 in Saber et al., "DDHD2 provides a flux of saturated fatty acids for neuronal energy and function" Nature Metabolism 2025 publication. The dataset contain images (fluorescent and electron microscopy) and images quantification files (prism graphpad, excel), as well as raw data from metabolic assays, automated high-content imaging and image analysis. The data is retrieved from primary neuronal cultures from mice.
