RNA sequencing of A.japonica during larval metamorphosis. Anguilla japonica

In the study of the metamorphosis process of Japanese eels (Anguilla japonica), we aimed to elucidate the dynamics of gene expression. For this purpose, the eels were classified into seven developmental stages based on their morphological characteristics. RNA sequencing was conducted separately on the head and body parts of four individuals at each stage to collect gene expression data.
