Processed transcriptomic data and source data for KPES in ovarian cancer

This record contains processed transcriptomic data, source/intermediate tables, and figure-generation code supporting the manuscript on a KRAS-primed evolutionary state (KPES) in ovarian cancer. The deposited files include processed mouse single-cell RNA-seq objects, bulk RNA-seq count/annotation tables, marker tables, pathway enrichment results, and source data used for main-figure graph panels. Raw sequencing data generated in this study are deposited separately in GSA and HRA under the accessions listed in the manuscript Data Availability statement.
