本数据集主要包括5种典型煤种工业分析、元素分析、原煤气化反应特性及载体与不同煤种的反应特性等数据。数据集包含两级目录结构,其中根目录下包含1个“煤分析与气化数据汇总.xlsx”文件,汇总对比5种典型煤种工业分析、元素分析、原煤气化反应特性及载体与不同煤种的反应特性数据。下设3个2级文件夹,分别是“内蒙煤种数据”文件夹,“新疆煤种数据”文件夹和“云南煤种数据”文件夹。每个2级文件夹内包含8个excel文件,其中4个为原煤气化数据和分析文件,4个为CaO载体与相应煤种的反应数据和分析文件。相关数据于2019.12-2020.07在新奥科技发展有限公司完成,实验数据来源于实验研究,其中煤样分析由分析中心根据GB/T 13610-2020检测,采用实验室加压小试固定床装置进行气化性能评价,反应阶段每隔20 min收集气体;反应结束后,停止进水、进气,停止加热,系统降压,收集泄压过程所有气体。气量采用湿式流量计计量,收集的气体采用安捷伦Agilent 7820气相色谱进行组分分析。

This dataset primarily contains data on proximate analysis, ultimate analysis, gasification reaction characteristics of raw coal, and reaction behaviors between carriers and different coal types for 5 typical coal types, along with other relevant data. The dataset adopts a two-level directory structure. There is one file named "Coal Analysis and Gasification Data Summary.xlsx" under the root directory, which summarizes and compares the aforementioned data of the 5 typical coal types. Three secondary-level folders are also included under the root directory, namely "Inner Mongolia Coal Data", "Xinjiang Coal Data" and "Yunnan Coal Data". Each secondary-level folder contains 8 Excel files, among which 4 are raw coal gasification data and analysis files, and the remaining 4 are reaction data and analysis files between CaO carrier and the corresponding coal type. The relevant data was collected and finalized at ENN Technology Development Co., Ltd. between December 2019 and July 2020. The experimental data is derived from laboratory research. Specifically, coal samples were analyzed by the Analysis Center in accordance with GB/T 13610-2020. The gasification performance was evaluated using a laboratory-scale pressurized fixed-bed apparatus. Gas samples were collected every 20 minutes during the reaction phase. Upon completion of the reaction, water supply, gas injection and heating were terminated, the system was depressurized, and all gas generated during the depressurization process was collected. The gas volume was measured by a wet gas meter, and the composition of the collected gas was analyzed using an Agilent 7820 gas chromatograph.
