SYSTEM ANALYSIS OF THE DYNAMICS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE WORKERS IN THE REGION

The article analyzes approaches to improving the professional development of road sector personnel to ensure stable economic growth in the region, including the development of transport infrastructure, the use of international experience, and the analysis of current challenges. It also attempts to develop scientific-theoretical and practical proposals and recommendations for enhancing the system of professional training and upskilling of road sector workers. Special attention is given to integrating the principles of the “green economy” into the system of education, professional development of personnel, and infrastructure development as a key factor of sustainable development.
