The Impact of Identity Transition on Ex-Entrepreneur Employees’ Innovation Behavior

The research subject of this article is former entrepreneurs who have had entrepreneurial experience but have now withdrawn from entrepreneurial activities and are working as employed employees within the organization. Due to the fact that the entrepreneurial experience of former entrepreneurs is not publicly available and their current status is that of ordinary employees, it is difficult to conduct sampling through regular organizational directories or public databases. Therefore, this article first seeks help from family and friends with entrepreneurial experience through a snowball of acquaintances' networks, and searches for research objects that match this article on online communication platforms such as Zhihu and Xiaohongshu, ensuring the diversity of individual characteristics, industries, and enterprise sizes of the sample. Then, with the help of the questionnaire professional organization Credamo, we will set up precise push questionnaires for specific samples.
