Qualitative proteomic identification of outer membrane vesicles of Pasteurella multocida

Based on the Raw files obtained by mass spectrometry, the corresponding database was searched, and then the protein was identified based on the results of the database search, and the quality of the mass tolerance distribution of peptides, proteins and precursors was analyzed to evaluate the quality of the mass spectrometry detection data. The identified proteins were then annotated with common functional databases, including COG, GO, and KEGG databases.
