Pairwise Jaccard distances between taxa, calculated based on their functional profiles as detailed in the ‘Detail of taxon to annot links’ sheet. The final column, ‘Sum of close neighbors’, counts the number of taxa with a distance of 0.05 or less from the one concerned. A value of 1 in this column means that the taxon in question only has itself for a neighbor.
