ChIP-seq was performed using antibodies against Integrator subunits 11 or 3 to measure the occupancy of these proteins on DNA after hyperosmotic stress. Overall design: HEK-293T cells were treated with 80 mM KCl to induce hyperosmotic stress. Cells were crosslinked during the last 10 minutes of stress inductions using 1% formaldehyde. Chromatin immunoprecipitations were performed as described in Bieberstein et al. 2014 using 25 µL of anti-Int11 antibody or 30 µL of anti-Int3 antibody.
