Code and data for: Arrested coarsening in active colloidal suspensions driven by nonreciprocal electrohydrodynamic interactions
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the experimental data, numerical simulation data, and analysis codes used in the manuscript: “Arrested coarsening in active colloidal suspensions driven by nonreciprocal electrohydrodynamic interactions.” The dataset includes raw experimental movies, particle-tracking data, agent-based simulation codes, simulation outputs, and analysis scripts used to generate the figures in the manuscript and supplementary information. The repository is organized so that each directory corresponds to a specific analysis or simulation workflow used in the paper. Main components include: S-LPairs: Experimental tracking data and analysis codes used for pair-motion analysis (Fig. 1d–f). OpticalFlow: Optical-flow analysis of experimental movies used to compute velocity fields (Fig. 2d,e). largeDomainABM: Agent-based simulations used to generate the coarsening dynamics shown in Fig. 3. smallDomainABM: Agent-based simulations in a small domain corresponding to Fig. 4 and several supplementary figures. OpticalFlowSim: Optical-flow analysis applied to simulation movies (Fig. 3c,d). analysis_inSI: Analysis codes used for supplementary figures (Figs. S5–S7 and S9). simulation_inSI: Additional simulation codes used to generate supplementary results (Figs. S2, S8, and S9). Detailed instructions for reproducing the figures are provided in reproduce_figures.md. Definitions of simulation parameters encoded in filenames are provided in parameter_table.md. This dataset enables reproduction of the experimental analyses and numerical simulations presented in the manuscript.
