Phylogenomics of Heptageniidae data and scripts archive

This repository contains the complete dataset, analysis scripts, and resulting phylogenetic trees associated with the manuscript "Phylogenomics of the Flat-Headed Mayflies (Ephemeroptera: Heptageniidae)". It provides the assembled nucleotide and amino acid matrices, maximum-likelihood phylogenies under various model classes, configuration files, and the full computational pipeline required to reproduce the study's findings from raw GenBank queries through to tree inference and figure generation.
