Coded Transcript Webcast of Paskapoo Slopes public hearing

This dataset provides a coded transcript of public, administrative, and political discourse from the Combined Meeting of Council July 20–22, 2015 in Calgary regarding the proposed development of the Paskapoo Slopes. The transcript is annotated through a content analysis framework informed by speech act theory and epistemic injustice, with attention to how Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) processes structure what can be said, recognized, and taken up as legitimate environmental knowledge. The dataset enables analysis of how procedural and epistemic conditions shape advocacy, including the marginalization of preservation-oriented public speech.
