TMT proteomics data from serum sampled from mother and pup Atlantic grey seals from birth to weaning.

Raw data from Tandem Mass Tag (TMT) proteomics analysis of sera from mother and pup Atlantic grey seals. Two files - one from searching general Phocidae databases, the other a wider screen from Caniformia databases. These data were used for the publication on serum apolipoproteins and other lipid-binding proteins present in the sera and how relative levels change in mother and poup seals with time from shortly after birth to near weaning time.<br>
